    Most cleanings take approximately 3–5 hours depending on size and condition. This flat-rate service is intentionally designed for standard apartment turnover cleaning. No surprises. No upsells. Interior refrigerator and oven cleaning are included under normal buildup conditions. Heavy buildup, staining, or damage beyond standard turnover conditions may not be fully removable within the scope of this service.

How does booking and payment work?

After you submit your request, we review availability for your preferred date.

If available, you will receive a secure payment link by email. Full payment is required within 12 business hours to secure your cleaning date.

Appointments are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.

Access details and final service coordination will be completed after confirmation.

All services include interior refrigerator and oven cleaning under standard turnover conditions.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service time will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service time are non-refundable due to reserved scheduling.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time.

Cleaning dates are reserved specifically for your appointment once payment is received.

24-Hour Service Review Policy

We stand behind our standard turnover cleaning process.

If any item within the standard turnover cleaning scope was missed, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

We will review the concern and if appropriate, coordinate a correction visit.

This policy applies only to items included within the standard vacant apartment turnover cleaning checklist.

This policy does not apply to:

  • New debris introduced after service

  • Utilities that were not operational at the time of cleaning

  • Conditions outside standard turnover scope

  • Excessive buildup or restoration-level cleaning

All service concerns must be submitted within 24 hours of completion.

Book Your Cleaning

This form is for move-in and move-out cleanings only for empty apartments in Los Angeles.

After payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email and link to submit access and service details. Most confirmations are issued within 12 business hours.

Availability is held for 12 business hours once a payment link is issued. If payment is not received within that time, the requested date may be released.

Payments are refundable if the service cannot be scheduled. Once a cleaning appointment is confirmed, cancellation and rescheduling policies apply.
